The Amendments have arrived. It appears from the first filing that he was planning on doing a 50:1 reverse split, and that the 10,000,000 was common and 25,000,000 preferred. On the most recent amendment the common is 475,000,000 with 25,000,000 preferred, with no split mentioned.
