I did. I saved the voicemail message he left me last week just for that reason. I'm going to give him a call now, I spoke with him at length about this last week, he has to remember me. If he doesn't, then I will need to assume that we are being blocked from receiving these documents. Then a road trip to Carson City might be in order.
