ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., June 26, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- AccessKey IP, Inc. (Other OTC:AKYI.PK - News) has signed a letter of engagement with Weed & Co. LLP of Newport Beach, CA to assist and advise AKYI with state and federal securities law compliance, regulations, and the SEC's reporting requirements in connection with management's plan to have AKYI quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board.
