WooHoo! Three cheers for the Supreme Court! They actually affirmed that the Constitution still means what the founders said it meant. But, why only a 5-4 decision? I mean, how much clearer can the wording in the Constitution be? Without the liberal slant of "interpeting" what the founders meant, how could the decision be anything but 9-0?? Speaking of the prophetic words of the Constitution hanging by a thread....
