OK, so we own 1.5% of what we used to own 100% of, and we have a note receivable for $300k on our multi-million dollar asset. I did not realize we had gotten such a good deal.
3 million shares in a company that has over 260 milllion shares issued and a market cap of about $8 mil with no sales or revenues.....when we had the arm, we could barely hold a $1 million market cap, and we have producing gas wells!!!!!
What do you think the 3 mil shares in a grossly over valued company stock will be worth next month?
BTW....Not too impressed with New Century, as they are the majority lease holders in an incredible gas market, and they have not drilled anything new there in years......why do you think that is suddenly going to change??? Are they going to wake up too???
Sorry if I am negative, just tired of getting abused by buying into the stories of CEO's and then having them deliver nothing of what they promise.....but always issue millions of shares to dilute us and run a business that can not stay in business without the shareholders paying the bills......If this was a private company, the doors would be closed and management would be walking the street looking for jobs.
