So what did he say in the Company Newsletter? Things look better than ever, but I have no information to tell you how we intend to limit the dilution and blatant selling of our stock by the CD holders at these all time record lows....just trust me!

We wait a couple of weeks for a company newsletter that basically said NOTHING of the company's plan on how they are going to bring us value. We have had these drilling locations for over a year....and in the best gas market ever....not a word has been uttered by management that they are going to drill......How hard is this for any management to figure out?????

He did not address the CD situation. He did not address the selling of our Robotic Arm technology and all future revenues associated with sales that were started and expensed by Valor dollars....but we do get to keep the huge debt we incurred while marketing the technology.....I was told the technology and the product were worth MILLIONS of DOLLARS....yet we sold it for what?????? $300k in payments?????

Why does our future look so bright??? It looked a lot BRIGHTER OVER A YEAR AND A HALF AGO when I bought the stock at $.03 and heard all the wonderful things that were happening with the ARM and the potential huge sales.....and all the proven reserves we would be drilling.........AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED EXCEPT THE STOCK ALMOST STOPPED TRADING AND HAS HIT ALL TIME LOWS AND WE HAVE RAISED THE AUTHORIZED 100 FOLD.....

YEAH....NEVER LOOKED BRIGHTER......IF I WERE IN MANGAEMENTS POSITION WITH A BILLION PREFERRED SHARES AND BARELY ANY COMMON SHARES, I MIGHT FEEL THE SAME WAY....ACTUALLY, I WOULD NOT.....BASED ON PAST PERFORMANCE, I SEE A FLICKER OF HOPE AND WILL NOT BE BUYING THIS BRIGHT OPPORTUNITY AT 10% OF MY ORIGINAL BUYS.....
