-yes all companies need money that is given some more than others

-capitalization that is an issue when you divide 600,000.00 by 10 employees gives you x amount of funds..... in 2007 and what will it be in 2008
-and i could go on with capitalization but i think you get the point are we broke or not.
-plan of operation page 15 of sb2 form highlights some of the info a company will do
