Seriously, if PRGL was my only holding and if all of my money depended on what PRGL did, I would be investigating it to the hilt. But it's not. And I'm doing so well in most of my other stock holdings, that what PRGL does or does not do is just not that big a deal to me personally. So, no, it's not worth my time to investigate it the way that you are.
I just got tired of seeing accusation after accusation after accusation against PRGL with NOTHING substantial to back up those accusations.
But if I truly wanted to (which I decided that I don't), I would have already made a trip to both Alabama and to Utah and believe me, I would have already talked to lots of people.
At one point, I seriously toyed with the idea of doing just that....but then I asked myself, "Why?" I wouldn't get paid for it....and it wouldn't make any difference in the eventual stock price, so why bother?
The only thing that it would satisfy is my own curiosity. And I decided that I'm just not that curious. Time will tell on this company.
P.S. I assume that since you're doing so much DD that you have heard of Global E-Telecom. Was that a scam? Who founded it? What happened to the company?
