Activities Covered: All direct discharge from a processing plant, cold water or
warm water fish producers that discharge at least 30
days/year, report such discharges and apply for a
discharge permit. Exemptions: production limits of up to
100,000 lbs/warm water species, 20,000 lbs./cold water,
maximum feeding rate of 5,000 lbs. of feed during any
month or closed ponds which discharge only during
periods of excess runoff.
