Hemet, I was there. As promised, here are the facts. My first time meeting Jim and was very impressed. In fact we made a couple of pizza together and and I can see his love for not only for making good pizza but dedication to replicate the quality in at least this store.

Bob was there and I understand why comments from the past have recomend that he be involed in this company.

I can see Jim's commitment to giving Kevin(new owner) all support he will need. I spent most of my two hours in the back of the kitchen watching the traing take place. While there, a whole class of martial arts students came in. This place was beginning to fill up. I believe that location is a large percentage of succesful resturants. Did not stay for the dinner crowd, but promise to go back in a week or so.

I tried about four differnt pizzas and the steak and fries sandwich with slaw.... now that was real good!

Overall very pleased with the food, people, and location.
I hope this brings light to the Hemet store. PS. eating leftovers now for lunch.
