What jonesie is delicately avoiding saying...

...is while their PRs may not be outright lies, a long history suggests they cannot be trusted on to be entirely forthcoming and not deliberately misleading.

This management is notorious for being less than credible in the same respect. If you continue to take what they seemingly imply in their press releases at face value you will surely be disappointed.

One further point, revenues will most likely not be significantly higher and could even be lower. That's because they used to generate substantial revenues (for this company) from rigs. Now that they've sold those rigs, it's entirely possible those revenues go away. It all depends on timing and contract details.

Of course such important details needed for understanding the performance of this company were not released. Is anyone surprised?
