Holy cow. This discussion the last two days has been painful to say the least. Neal...follow below.

Blackout Media = BKMP = a pink sheet stock
Blackout Communications = Formerly a private company in Canada prior to a name change. This entity had a tax identity in Canada
TFNG = The new name for Blackout Communications and thus the tax identity.
TFN = The Fight Network = A private company in Canada. This is just a DBA (a wholly owned subsidiary of TFNG), so does not have a tax identity in Canada.
Mayhem Media = A Private company in Canada

Share Structures
TFN has 100 shares.
TFNG (formerly Blackout Communications) holds all 100 shares of TFN.



TFNG has 19,500,000 shares.
BKMP holds 3,000,000 of those shares (15.4% of the total, all non-voting)
The remaining 84.6% is split between 6 others
Mayhem Media holds 100% of the voting shares of TFNG, meaning they are in charge.
