Dalian didnt have Peacock , avwi wasnt ready then right, i am only talking about AVWI being ready , i think its diluted already to what ever it is , and they pass on whatever shares are to JPT -Market speaks volumes here though , but i think a finalized deal annoucement , is a safe bet to go up from wherever ,failed dalian deal scared everyone away, because old avwi directors couldnt close (rightfully so), JMHO,SO no matter what AVWI says now about close , has that big red flag on it from the start.Onmc was trusted to close, even though it looks solid to close, without dalian , everyone would believe the close peacock or no peacock imo
