I received some legal documents in the mail from a Law Firm stating that there is a Class Action suit ongoing. Anyone know more about this...I bought back in 2006 which is what it stated in the literature in order to be eligible for an individual $2,800 cash amount if they win. There is going to be a hearing on 9/15/2008 and I'm trying to figure out if that is a pre-trial gig or if this hearing is to determine damages.
