The numbers tell the truth:

"...Therefore, effective June 27, 2008, pursuant to the Reverse Stock Split, approximately 874,589,423 shares of the Company’s validly and invalidly issued and outstanding common stock, which includes both the Stock Record Shares and the Additional Shares, will be combined into approximately 4,372,947 shares..."

Art said it best: " There are still probably 350-700MM pre-split shares out in street name, or 1.75-3.5MM shares post R/S that there will be NO certs for....BUT there will be people yelling at their brokers to give them the new post split shares.... Should be real interesting to see what the brokers do."

There is a large naked short position here...that is NOT being 'covered' by TM. How can it be any plainer? Now, a valid question would be...will SEC/DTC allow a cover in the open market...I think they will, but I will not be totally shocked at all, if they find a way out of it...we are the sheep. Know your place.
