We have seen how aquisitions have benefited Aspen

Wheeler's entire game plan was based upon this model. Problem is he never produced profits with those assets and many of us wanted to see improved cash balances before further dillution.

Cudney is aquiring properties but as I said 3 years ago, we need to see cash flow increase from existing assets so our share vlaue can purchase more assets without massive dillution. Should Cudney be alined with the likes of Dominick we could be seeing a simular situation. What's to keep the insiders from reverse splitting us again! NG is over $5.00 show me a profit and further reduction of debt and I may buy more, nothing less will do my friend.
