June 19 GameZnFlix, Inc. (OTCBB: GMFX), an online provider of video games and movies for rent or purchase, announces today that they will continue to carry HD-DVDs. This decision comes on the heels of Netflix's announcement that they no longer carry HD-DVDs by the end of this year. The decision of GameZnFlix to continue to carry HD-DVDs is based on the large number of subscribers who have purchased HD-DVD players that interface with their Microsoft Xbox 360 or own Microsoft Xbox 360 Elite. "We want to continue to be the gamers' choice for both movies and games," said John Fleming, CEO of GameZnFlix.
