Aren't they already mining ore and stockpiling it? What we're really waiting on is the mill to be finished so they can start processing ore. So even if they stop mining ore in the winter months they should have enough of a stockpile to take them through until spring. But I doubt cold would stop them from blowing up rock and loading it on trucks. I guess a few feet of snow might slow things down for a while, but then those trucks are pretty big and heavy.

Maybe one of the posters who've actually visited the mine can give us the answer. I'm sure that question must have come up.
