I just spoke with Bill, he said he did not know about the filing, I told him that I have ordered the filing and should get it in about 3-4 days, I told him it is public information so I thought our IR guy would be able to give us some insight into what the filing is about, he is meeting with CEO later today and will inquire and call me back!!
