Agreed, we were mislead by the CEO in his PR's. If he had actually done what he said IE " no additional shares" we would still be in the pennies. He also said they had financial backing was the reason they would not have to dilute. That is about as false and misleading as you can get. To bad nothing can be done about it. Hope people don't get burned to bad on this one.
