I didn't have a memory of avdave posting that website, but since it was on Nov 9th (the day after my husband died), I can see where it slipped by me. And a year ago I didn't own this stock so it slipped by me then as well.

However, in looking at the one that goacs posted, one sees that some new claims were filed in April of 2008.

So....once again, I see progress (or at least positive activity). I know that I will probably sound like a broken record, but as long as I see that, I will not give up hopes for this stock.
