SHARE BUYBACK issue.
Been watching this stock (casually), observed this so-called BUYBACK pending at some point in the future.
However, charts are showing excessive Share “DUMPINGS”.
Although this may be some kind of coincidence, it may also be part of some “inner-loop” activities, setting up for a buyback,,, -But after 1st DUMPING on the market the shares that are later to be bought back. -LOL!
Which is a win win. (the sneaks) -LOL!
Those running this Buyback campaign will make the company look real good to potential investors with all the buying back of shares.
But what they may not know is the share being bought back were from the batched of shares previously dumped –LOL!
-SO, what all the buyback'rs gained or lost was really “foot traffic” -LOL! (or printing press ink).
I may (or may not) post the chart later (gotta go to a business meeting).
But it’s because of sneaky market manipulating crap like this for why I’ve dumped this share and others (accepted my losses as self punishment for having taken such a foolish risk such stock) and moved on ..
I’m betting that by the time this stock closes in on the point of the alleged buybacks, The following will likely occur.
1. They’ll pass the due point and THEN give an apology followed by some currently prepared (BS)excuse as to why it didn’t occur.
2. As the “DUE Time” draws near, they’ll PR everyone of some acquisition(BS) and then give an extended date for the buyback.
3. Wont say anything at all (while cashing in on all the new buyers who pigged up their penny shares in anticipation of the buyback (that didn’t occur)
4. Realizing they’re “reasonably” well pass the buyback date and shareholders are then beginning to grumble, they’ll PR that the amount of shares pending buyback have been increased –LOL! (in an attempt to pacify disgruntle shareholders)
LOL!
The point is?
If they’re preparing or “Acquisitioning themselves” to BUYBACK outstanding shares,,, why are they dumping?----------------FIRST!
Makes NO sense, unless, it’s to fool the market on the surface while manipulating the bottom line in THEIR favor…. Literally!
I may be totally wrong (I hope I am),but I’ve seen so much market “BS” that I’ve lost all my gullibility.
UNTIL I see REAL NUMBERS,, not some damn proposition, acquisition, or the Could-have done it, Would-have done it or Should-have done it, about to do it, then “ALL” of these PR’s are full of pure Monkey Dung!!

All that was stated is my own opinion and should be taken lightly, it at all.
BUT!!! until I see FACTS, the actual buyback occurring of the "outstanding shares" and not on the shares NOW being dumped (-First), then my opinion stands strong(er) with me
