iFinix Corp. Names Douglas Spadaro as the New Chairman

GARDEN CITY, N.Y., June 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- iFinix Corp. (Pink Sheets: INIX - News), a provider of real-time financial information and services to active traders and to the securities industry, announced today that it has named Douglas Hugh Spadaro as the new chairman of the company. Mr. Spadaro was previously the chief executive officer of the company.

Mr. Spadaro brings close to thirty years' experience in both management and financial services. Mr. Spadaro has held management positions in such companies as Citicorp, ABN/AMRO and Paget Group. Mr. Spadaro has a B.S. in Finance and Micro Economics.
