Art, something else Dan K said in his reply to my email that I feel is VERY significant:

"What we’ve said in the past still applies today – the company continues to cooperate with investigating authorities, although there has been no activity of note on the investigations for some time.

This would indicate the government is no longer actively pursuing the investigation. The investigation has been put on the back burner. IMO, it will stay there for a long time with no charges being filed. The bad part about the whole ordeal, the investigation issue will continue to linger although all of here know nothing will ever come about from it. It is sad that the government can just sit on their collective asses and do this to a company, but there is really nothing anyone can do about it. I did send Sen. Reid a follow up letter inquiring why he has yet to respond to my other letter. No reply to either letter, not even an acknowledgement of receipt. How discourteous!
