For those who have not voted for the RS yet, I think it makes sense to vote for it at this point...

The partnership deal may not be superb when you take into account the low upfront cash payment, but it is a solid partnership nevertheless and it means that the vetting that Ovation has done for GTCB demonstrated to them that it is worth throwing at it $9 million between now and 1Q09. That to me is something and it means that we have probably seen the bottom for now...

At this point, going into the pink sheets serves no purpose whatsoever and we are better off with an RS especially that good news should now be forthcoming...
