CAn someone pls heklp me step by step with downloading songs. I reinstalled a million tiomes but i still cant do it. I open Qtrax everything looking good. I click the "download button" and agree to start downloading. I get the bar there but nothing happens. When i Go to the Qtrax help page it sias that you need to Download these five things. I did all that (windows media player 11 and so forth) but still no downloads. Pls Someone wlak me thru..

P.s why does Qtrax make you download "ErrorSmart" which is an after market program that actually charges money if you want to repair?
I am running Windos XP with DSL and plenty of available ram and so forth
