so in other words you know for a fact ALL the off shore US fields that oil industry currently have access to have already been either drilled or explored - that is why oil industry needs to lift ban ?

He could have started by lifting an executive order against coastal exploration, the one signed by his father in 1990.

that is the sad part - we have a huge energy crisis and Bush and republicans are still playing politics
