The fact he owns 32M shares is just one small piece of the puzzle and, trust me, I'm not "excited" about that alone. Many of these penny ceos hold lots of shares which never amounts to a hill of beans. I'm thinking in terms of the big picture.

Dr. Walker has much of his personal net worth invested in this business, so it's not like he just issued himself 32M shares. Again, this is only one small piece of the overall puzzle.

Let's speculate for a minute and assume all is great here. It's not like Walker will one day sell his 32M shares on the open market. Im guessing his long term plan is to grow the business as much as he can with the intent to eventually be acquired by a bigger company....that's what I would do :)
