i had 55,000 restricted shares of bpwi (i got it from my purchase of prrm.pk several years back). i searched on how to lift the restriction - stumbled across this board. did as it stated (requesting stock cert.) when finally received stock cetificate from etrade after four months of waiting, i had only 220 shares due to their convienient reorganization before issuing my stock cert. (which entailed a reverse stock split of 1:250) easy come, easy go
