Well ... you are entitled to your opinion.
I tend to beleive that the Miller lawsuit is reasonably accurate.
Aero ended up settling it once and then it looks like they have resettled it again with the payment of the $475k due by July 31/08.
As to MMM, they ended up settling. They also had a huge problem in that the related party transaction was quite possibly not entirely correct in the first place.
There were a lot of securities issues with the whole Miller deal ... issues that could have taken Aero down imo.

Aero is Insolvent.
The filings prove that.
