1) They are NOT going to do another stock offering. There is NO NEED, and they have absolutely no intention of doing so. Either You have not done your DD, or you are simply trying to stir up uncertainty for you to even suggest such...

2) The Two Years ago comment: Two years ago no one on IHub could have asked you anything sir, since your Alias was created on 6/20/2008, and you are now 10 public posts 'old'. Please Understand that I am not in any way disparaging your own stated past involvement by this comment, just noting that you are clearly new to this board. Noting your other remark made (in another post) about not knowing what a "soft opening" is, also clearly tells me you were not very well aware of uWink two years ago (IMO).

3) Regarding uWink Franchises: I would speculate that additional franchise deals are more likely to happen when uWink becomes a 3 Restaurant chain (will be 3 places soon enough). Besides (Florida) OCC Partners… Perhaps additional franchise OP’s will occur sooner then you think. They hired Jon Boucher for a Very Good Reason...
