Perhaps the hiring of ERHC staff would not be considered a material event and require an 8k (though it is extremely important to future investors to fill critical key officer positions IMO, CEO and CFO).

If its not a material event than Dan Keeney should be able to provide ERHC shareholders with information about ANY new hirings. I suggest we email him with the question about new ERHC hiree's being of Russian descent. After all, the co's new aim is to keep its shareholders informed, correct??? I have already emailed him and I suggest other interested investors do the same.
