Man they really really should have thought about that BEFORE they signed the mortgage on that bloated McMansion they wanted but really couldn't afford.
If they really wanted to rent(??)......they should have rented in the first place!! Why did they buy that over-bloated/overpriced pig of a home to begin with anyway?

Same as the people driving the hulking 10 m.p.g. SUV's on the road today that are clutterring the used car lots....
