I agree. Seems like a conflict of interest to give an individual, who has a lawsuit against the company, the ability to control what is said on that companies stock message board. I also have to wonder if IHUB could get into some serious trouble for knowingly allowing this to happen? Seems like a possibility if the right countersuit ever came up.
