too vague-
initial agreement(no contract)
un-named company(only a consulting company at that)
foreign country
permit applications(easy to blame for failure-did it before)
form yet ANOTHER COMPANY in Ghana? you kidding me?

Nice try though Aziz but you better come up with something better if you want to sell those 900 million newly issued shares.
