If Nokia for instance, comes out and says "we will buy you for .25 cents a share" do we not have a choice if the BOD accepts the offer? for some here that would still be a losing deal.
It will be interesting to see if this rumour has anything to do with Neom and how much will be offered. As clawman pointed out it's hard to try and figure out what the PPS would/could/should be until the USPTO ruling, which if the rumour is going around about a buyout, would possibly suggest that a ruling is coming sometime soon.
