Yes, you are defending Imperia. In fact you already stated that you know George and spoke about his character. Jeff Ritchie and George were on board prior to the last reverse split... a reverse split they promised in press releases that they would not do. And they were on board when Imperia promised a cash dividend and went back on their word.
