"Under the radar" doesn't even begin to describe the obscurity of this stock. Nevertheless, the last annual report suggests that this company is developing a solid niche. Not much risk at .275/share!

A similarly obscure company is EQPI but with significantly better prospects. Their "green" engine technology combined with Chinese pollution concerns is a match made in investor heaven. Also little downside at .20/share. You heard it here first!
