I inquired about a breakoff of contract negotiations. If the negotiations were to break off, would that be a development that ONEV would lawfully have to immediately PR as a material event. Rob said no, that it would more than likely be mentioned in the subsequent filing on Edgar. Meanwhile, we trade at .007. Our 52 week low.
