I just called ONCO's Headquarters and pretended to be patient, asked them about what they do. They were very polite. I even scheduled an appointment on which I'm not going to go to obviously....Anyway the important thing is that they are still in business. I'll be calling them every week just in case

I looked at their building on Google Earth and it looks busy at least on the outside (many cars on the parking lot)
