Pope only gains in their investment if they are able to sell all of the 150 million shares that are now in escrow for over .20 each. Thats not accounting for the other 20 million shares at .25 from last years financing.

You have to ask yourself this: Would you loan a chinese company 35 million dollars if you felt that you might not be able to sell the loan secured shares for more than your cost basis of .21?

I sure as hell wouldn't. You can get 3% return on that 35 million with no risk. When you introduce the kind of risk that loaning to a chinese company represents, you are looking for a 50% gain MINIMUM. Bottom line is this stock is going higher. 35 million is big money for microcaps.
