I think "lying" is not the case here, however I do
believe even with good intentions an RS is a risky
move that in my opinion very often results in a
lower PPS. Of course the argument's for and against
an RS has been well covered in past posts on this
board. "Perhaps" in this case a lower PPS
would only be temporary, lets hope.
