BTOR - Bluetorch, Inc (fka BTOR)

BTOR is the one and only item in my portfolio at this time. This is is my strategy (learned from the borad).
l. Keep buying on the dips (right now my average is .0316)
2. When and if the price goes up to double (.065) sell half!
3. Hold on to the freebies
4. Take the profits and go on to something else
5. Repeat 1,2,3,4.

My fears are SCAMS and unreputable companies. How does one know who they are?
When do stocks like BTOR become a Nasdaq or DOW stock?
Do they have to first become an IPO?
