I've been out for the last few days sick so it may take me a few minutes to get it all out.

I was able to make contact with Alco today in Las Vegas. I talked with a gentleman by the name of Arie. Arie is the VP of Sales. I got his email addy also so others can call and verify what I'm going to say. His Tele # is 702-445-3476 and his email addy is arie@alco-advanced.com . I asked him if he knew of the Water company deal that ASII did a few months ago and he said he did know of it. He said that ASII chose to back out because the water company had not met the terms of the LOI. I asked if he knew anything much more about it and he said he didn't, just that ASII became uncomfortable with them so they backed out.

I asked him if the LOI from ASII was real and he confirmed in strong language that the LOI is legit. He said he knows of how bad the ASII stock is doing and that over the next few weeks, Alco will be making some announcements concerning what they are doing and how that might involve the ASII LOI. He went on to say that Alco has some contracts in place that have at least a 10 year life span to them. I then asked for the phone number that he has for ASII and he refused to give it to me saying that they were private numbers to the people at ASII and he didn't feel comfortable about giving it out. So I asked him to email them with my info so they can contact me. He said he could do that but it is upto them to respond.

Arie also went on to say that at this time there is no Reverse merger in the works but that it's not something that is to far off the board. He said they are a private company and they have been thinking of going public. I was the one that brought up the reverse merger as being one way to go about doing it and that is when he made reference that there is nothing in the works etc...

He said that Alco deals with commercial applications for their security systems and that it has seen a nice increase as of late for their products. I did tell him that others may be calling so he won't be to surprised if you do call. Try to get more info on ASII's numbers so we can reach them if you do call. Arie also went on to say that Alco did some checking on ASII before doing the LOI to see if they were legit since they too had heard of the problems with ASII. After investigating them, they felt comfortable doing the LOI. aNY other questions, please call Arie as that is all I have.

So in closing, for what I have been told, the ASII deal for the LOI is good to go and the backing out of the water deal was on the Water companies head, not ASII's. Now, I know the background of ASII and how they have lied to the shareholders before, so I'm using a grain of salt here. Anyway, good luck if you call and that's all i have. If I think of anything else that was talked about, I'll write it. Please keep in mind i've been sick so it may take me a bit to respond.
