i appreciate the research and it makes sense based on what i was advised by scottrade's risk management department but they said the hold would be released by next week. could you tell me where you found this info because i was all over the sec site yesterday and could not pull anything for rgde or glcc. i advised scottrade of the recent TA switch and they advised that this could also be the reason for the lock but they were willing to let me buy over the phone.
