IF they have these anticipated revenue, then Dean should be proactive to protect the shareholders and the value of the stock by giving public voice to that anticipation. If he fails to do so, he is indicating that he doesn't care about the stockholders. He is not acting with the interests of shareholders in mind. He has a duty to help support the stock, but he doesn't seem to care to do so.
