Well let's see.....frankly
I would be surprised if Palmer wasn't having a difficult time in this economy. How many trucking outfits have gone out of business ?? How many more will ??

Who will survive..? I assume it will be those that find some way to access the capital markets.....

Who will find a way to capitalize on a lousy economy ? I assume it will be those that find a way to access the capital markets.

Looks to me like Palmer Trucking ... (A 41 year old well established refrigerated trucking company,,,,with an impressive list of companies that they haul for)....has found a financial solution to perhaps make it in this hell-hole of an economy.

Surviving is one thing....capitalizing on the situation that other trucking outfits find themselves without access to capital is another.

I am betting they will. Looking for a nice pop at the merger..take my intial investment off the table...and let the rest ride as the future unfolds.
