How come Etrade and Scott Trade have RCCH listed at 21 million outstanding shares? Dosn't that hurt the value of the company? I tried to HAVE IT CORRECTED WHET WAS LISTED AT 8.9 MIL SHARES BUT THEY ONLY UPPED IT AT 21 MIL.
