I am not sure the charts tell the complete story here Folks simply are not quick to hold profits so soon based on what happened here...Also there is a meeting scheduled for the 27th with the FDA, I dont think folks will rush in knowing that single point failure/questionable success date looms so close ahead...I was hoping to be wrong with the move up but this stall may be based on that....
