Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. (FESI) announced that the reverse merger with Freedom Environmental Services LLC of Florida is slated to close on June 24, 2008 as it is anticipated that all pre-closing conditions to the reverse merger shall be satisfied as of that date.

Additionally, current officers and directors shall resign and new officers and directors shall be appointed effective June 24, 2008.
